Has the weather changed where you live? Have you exchanged flip flops and shorts for jeans and a hoodie all in one week?!?
The effects of Hurricane Michael blew our way last week. It was a dark and dreary rainy day....again. One afternoon I stopped by our local Wawa - similar to Scheetz for all you Wawa deprived readers! :) Many other people were after the same coffee pick-me-up! The front door was bustling! However, instead of crowds of people grumbling their way in and out, everyone was so friendly! "Thank you!" "Thank you!" "Thank you!" as people held the door for each other. "Hello!" "Hi!" "Have a great day!" as shoppers smiled and walked past each other!
What a breath of fresh air! The kinds words helped me to forgot that the weather was so dismal!

In order to reflect the light and love of Jesus, how can you share a warm welcome wherever you go this week?
"Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones." Proverbs 16:24
