Long ago, running was for those entering battle or fleeing from danger. Today, athletes and exercise enthusiasts use running as enjoyment. But those of us who are short on time...and our to-do list is long....we run, run, run through our days!
Let's stop running! Slowwwww down and walk.

Take a deep breath.
Be present in your day.
Make time for kindness.
And connection.
Smile.
Ask questions.
Listen.
